✘ No more than 8 guests on the property at all times. ✘ No parties or events are allowed to be held at the property. This is a city rule. ✘ Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. The noise ordinance is strictly enforced by the City. If a neighbor complains to the Owner about noise or other disruptive behavior, the Guest will lose the deposit and be warned once. If another complaint arises or if Police are called to the property, the Guest will immediately check out of the property and will not get a refund of any rental amount paid. ✘ No glitter or confetti in the home! Especially in the pool. If evidence of confetti or glitter is found in the home, there will be an additional $500 cleaning fee. This may seem strange, but we had an incidence of confetti in the pool that caused a lot of damage. ✘ No glass or food in the pool ✘ No lifeguard on duty! ✘ No diving or rough play in the pool area! Disclaimers GUEST ACKNOWLEDGES that Owner/Host is not liable for any incidents involving the pool or hot tub. Guests will use Pool and Hot Tub at their own risk and waive any claim against Host/Owner. No children below 15 years old without adult supervision. In an emergency CALL 911 Guest acknowledges his/her awareness of the following potentially hazardous conditions on the property: (a) tile and rock around the pool if present, or in the main home and around any tub or shower in the bathrooms, can be slippery when wet; (b) Guest agrees to use due care in the use of the premises, and waives any claim against the Owner concerning the condition of the premises, other than claims resulting solely from Owner's or their Employee's gross negligence or intentional misconduct. The property has a pool, Guest further agrees that he/she will not permit running or dangerous play around the pool, on the pool deck, or in the house and will indemnify and hold the Owner harmless from any injuries resulting from these actions. Guest agrees to use provided bikes at their own risk.
